Call For Volunteers for The Scattered Pelican Team

The graduate journal of the “Comparative Literature” program at Western University located in London, Ontario, Canada, announces a few vacant positions, and we welcome volunteer graduate students from other relevant disciplines in the Arts & Humanities who are currently studying in a post-secondary institution in South-Western Ontario. This is a useful experience for all graduate students who are interested in strengthening their academic CV, and we may also consider 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students who show specific merits.

The above call is for these vacancies:

  • 1 copyeditor (Graduate Students, Located in London, Ontario)
  • 1 or 2 public relations officers (All Students, Located in Southern Ontario)
  • 1 (potential) graphic and design editor (All Students, Located in Southern Ontario)
  • 1 (potential) decoloniality and accessibility advisor (All Students, Located in Southern Ontario)

All Colleges & Universities in London (Western, Fanshaw, Huron, etc.) and all Colleges & Universities in Southern Ontario (Windsor, Wilfrid Laurier, York, St. Clair College, Centennial College, etc.) will be considered, conditional upon the locations defined above for each position.
